anti-capslock filter?

I tried to say just "LOL WUT" and it came out "lol wut".:yabbem:

Its happened to me before a few times. Its not a user error.

It only filters when everything is uppercase.
I wrote all of this in uppercase

EDIT: COOL IT EVEN CAPITALIZES SENTENCES FOR ME.
