Uhh... well... I wanted to buy something by the end of that video! I thought I would get a 1-800 number or something... :-?

But all MagMods are like that one. Even mine doesn't have a resistor in there. It's just easy that way. :

Yeah I got passed this pretty quickly, and plan on making it as I can pick up each component for under $25 (DVD burner sells at my favourite PC store for $25!)

When I do, I'll let you know how things go with the diode lifetime. See if I can add some components to limit the current a little bit further.

don't forget Daedal's driver. saves buying diodes just to pop them. who needs a $25 burner and to figure stuff out when it's all here for discount prices and the info is free
