Has anyone done business with them? Reputable?

I saw some safety goggles on their web site that looked pretty good and was wondering.

Thanks in advance for any help

A simple search could have told you this. Aixiz is an extremely reliable company, pretty much everyone in this hobby has done business with them.

The goggles they sell are quality goggles.

I attempted a simple search and got a lot of hits but not what I was looking for (at least I couldn't find it)...

However, you have answered my question perfectly... thank you for taking the time

I've had to do business with Aixiz everytime I want to build something.
You'll quickly find out about the aixiz module...

... and why it is almost essential for every build (save a few with direct press heatsinks or those that have other laser housing modules)

Aixiz is great. Direct orders from them are always smooth.

BTW guys its AixiZ-(not Aixiz or axiz or any of the other versions)and they have been serving the laser DIY people for many years.

They try to keep our costs at a minimum and support the laser community in many other ways too.

I am good friends with this Houston-based family operated company. Thier customer service is the best you will even find. :yh:

They tell me that about 2,000 AixiZ blank modules are shipped every month world wide. To see what they sell check out thier eekbay or amazon sites but when you are ready to order just go to aixiz.com= they like us to use that method.

There is an 800 number for urgent questions but just like here at the forums PLEASE do your own homework. Don't buy items and then try to figure out what to do next. Thats backwords and that is what the search, tutorials and stickeys are for- Keep in mind that failure is likely and learning what went wrong is less painful if you start with the cheaper diodes, drivers and such.:tsk:

AixiZ cannot provide you with everything you need to learn...sorry.:yabbem:

hak... unofficial AixiZ Gnome.. :whistle:and sole member of Newcomers support team.

I love those guys! They have great products and awesome customer service. For a large company they do a great job of taking care of individual customers.

That 800 number should really only be used for legitimate product support questions.... not " Pleeze tell me how do I use the module to make a burning lasor?"

^^^^ That is so true- the 800 numbers is not there for spoonfeeding.

AixiZ provides the 'parts' you want but its very unrealistic to expect AixiZ to be your teacher. I know this all too well as many of the questions from the clueless get fwded to me== I send most of those people here to join- and use the search- I have gotten LPF 14 new members lately and all got my standard invite with all the needed instructions to avoid the common pitfalls.

I also follow-up later and most find what they need with our great search, stickies, tutorials and more--a win win win in my book-- certainly better than mean-spirited hurtful replies that are way too common here.

I find being helpful way more rewarding than being condescending and ugly.my 2 cents---hak

Thanks for all the info y'all

And Hakzaw1, I have already called them direct and asked about a product. They were very nice and helpful. They also said I could come pick the item up to avoid shipping costs.

Thats cool.. any chance you will be attending SELEM 6?? I need a few to carpool.
