Aixiz Glass Lens Disassembled

This is just a rough sketch, but it shows the orientation of the 3 AixiZ glass lens elements...

Thanks.

I knew that I should put lenses from smallest to largest but didn't know orientation of lenses and where to put spacer.
Now it works.

Thanks jayrob, you just helped me to save $5

Someone please enlighten me, why are there so many lenses in an aixis lens nut but other people's lenses that are simply coated single lenses end up with way more power otf?

The Aixiz uses three low-cost lenses to collimate the laser diode.

The aspherical lens in the Hi-Power lens assembly is optimized for laser diodes with a much shorter focal length.

This allows it to gather nearly all of the power of the beam,
and collimate it into a slimmer beam.
