I have some money to spend and Am wanting to buy a laser, but that is beside the point.
My question is what would be brighter (to the eye) a 1W Blue laser or a 300mW green laser?

I just went outside with a 1650mW 445 and a 408mW 532 and they seemed pretty close in intensity
