I ordered HLP18130 Focusable Burning Red from budgetgadgets.com on Sept 4 and it's now Oct. 1 w/ no laser. I've already contacted them concerning where my order is and they assure me that it's own it's way and also they've provided the a tracking number that gives no information. But I do realize that the tracking numbers of foreign contries usually don't give info. until they are delivered for whatever reason. Now, at what point should I pull the plug on them and open a dispute with paypal? I know that I have 45 days to do so, but it seems as if it should already be here by now. What to do?

ps.. Also I have NOT received any kind of letter stating it was confiscated by customs so I know that isn't it.

Funny thing is, mine does not even show up on the usps website, but on the singapore post website it shows up as "received information" under status. It does not show as shipped or anything else.

Day 31 and still no laser. I think after 40 days I'm going file a dispute against budget gadgets with paypal. 40 days is plenty enough time to ship something from overseas.

The 45th day will be the last day you can file a claim ;) Don't wait to long.

On the other hand I've had to wait 90 days for DX before.

I tried to get in contact with eazzydeals and waited too long for a paypal dispute.

Don't make the same mistake, paypal is likely the only way to get in contact with them.
