Adjustable flashlight mounts, where are you?!?

Has anyone ever seen or know if adjustable flashlight mounts exist?

I want to find a flashlight mount for an AR-15 that has windage and elevation adjustments (obvious for a DIY laser)

I need to be able to mount the flashlight to the quad rail and then sight the laser in.
