I agree with everything you posted Ken/Benm 100%, it's the principle of it and her word, which is worthless; she lies, and for me, yes we all can and do make mistakes........BUT the biggest thing I can't stand in this world is a LIAR, I absolutely despise that.
I have fired people just for lying, not for making the actual mistake, but for lying about it; because IF you can't trust someones word, then they are not trustworthy, and that is that.
As for her refunding back to me, while I do appreciate that she did it, she only did when she was confronted with the PayPal dispute process, prior to that, she could care less; I believe she was more worried about possible action by PayPal then taking care of the customer.
As for me, I used a Credit Card; my Credit Card company would have reversed the charge instantly, and removed the charge from my account, so I wasn't too worried about it, except all the lying she kept doing and the whole principal about it. It would have then been up to PP to fight my bank I'm told and prove otherwise. But PayPal too I'm sure would have stood behind me with the receipt she signed for the insured package.........I fully insured it because I had already called my CC and then advised me to do that and said they would then stand behind me, and my purchases on the card carry a guarantee also, as long as I did the proper things, which I did and fully documented along with photos of receipts and packaging.
Anyhow this mess is pretty much behind me, I just wanted to let everyone know she LIED and did not pay half the return freight like she stated.
Without going off subject too far, I did have a problem in the past with a Laser from Nova, and Nova did pay the return shipping back to them fully, and also shipped out a replacement and paid for that fully too; they even through in some Optics for Free for my troubles . I would do business again with Nova in a heartbeat, and in-fact I have since.
