A new green and red laser source!

Indigo diodes do exist, 445nm. Cost hella much.

Pink, purple, magenta is between blue and red (mix). Pink LED's use a blue LED with a red/pink phosphor in front of it.

I would love some 505nm LD's!!! The best colour in the world IMO.

Well, with much excitement :), I must continue to wonder the LD's state of the 532nm in this unit :-?.

:o :o :o

Nichia makes 473nm AND 375nm diodes at 3,000 each for a bare diode!!!! 473nm is the color of most DPSS blue lasers!! OMG! Thats crazy....

WHAT??? Yes it is! Oh, wait, no....

Red (check)
Orange
Yellow
Green
Blue
Indigo
Violet (check)

So, we still need to make orange, yellow, green, blue, and indigo laser diodes. Pink would be between red and orange, wouldn't it? I am a bad person, i forgot about the spectrum! ;D

Well then we could struggle to make a diode for each visible wavelength, nanometer by nanometer ::)
And there's no pink between red and orange, just really orange-y red :P

Oh Yeah! Lets see a review of the <100mW 473nm LD vs the RPL 473nm DPSS ;D! My next project! Yeah right! :P

I'm guessing it's the cyan with a green tint, like the second beam from the stontek ad? :-/

Kinda like the one in the in the middle, a tiny little bit less blue tho. I'd call it a blue-ish green, but your description is also good. :D
I've seen the light from a LED, bummer!

I don't see the need to go ape-shit at any mention of a green diode. Have you noticed the max power for a direct injection red isn't really up there?
