A-140 Diode pin out diagram?

Hi, i just got my A-140 diode through the mail :drool:

I need to know what the LD+ and the LD- of the diode. Has anyone got a picture or somthing?

It is the same as the 405nm diodes

The die is floating. The case is neutral

We are talking about a Laser Diode (LD) right?
