I've got 4 or 5 hosts just like that D sized one that I will be building for sale. Except the others have a flat lens instead of beveled.

The link to the ballast/bulb is either broken or I've got an issue? Mind checking? I'd love to have the ballast/bulb to start a project with...4D Mag in hand...:)
