Do the 635nm aixiz modules contain a driver? I want to get the 10mW and make a pen with it...

Yeah they do. I have a 5mW 635nm module and it is pretty fun to play around with it.

do a reveiw on the 10mw 635 if you get it. like on how much brighter you think it is.

Yeah, I'd like to know too... I retrofitted some other pointer with a 635nm laser diode, but I haven't been that impressed with the color. I guess it's brighter, but the color isn't that much different, side-by-side, with the cheap red I got from DX.
