hate to break it to you and everyone but i bought they same 5mw one off of ebay for $12 shipped and everything. i will send email proof if you need it. and also they are built very cheap. as in with normal use mine lasted less than a week.
Just my thoughts.

as for the 20mw I do not know but from what i read you might be better off w a DX true 30 for that price.
