Ok, step by step build green pens!


1. First. Insert diode to 12mm Aixiz.
Generally pen pointer host is suitable 12mm module. So! 12mm AIXIZ is best choice the pen pointer build.


2. Insulator insert.
It helps prevent short circuit of the driver circuit. And allows the battery to withstand the pressure that pushes the module from behind.




3. Soldering all parts.
Solder driver and switch & spring.

LED indicator : Select the LED indicator color according to your taste and solder it.

I'm use my MFX driver. The MFX driver is optimized for pen pointer production.


Soldering back side.
We can supply +pole power through the stem pin of the diode.


And.... focus collimating the module!


4. Ready to insert!
Mount the Circuit spacer & lens spacer to insert it into the host.
5. Insert module.
Just push it.
