520nm 135mw sharp diode test

Hi,i also got sharp diode with blue together
have time to test it,it is nice green laser diode,it can reach 250mw at 550ma,cool

Glad to see some info on this diode, I guess 250 mw output is at the peak of the power curve for maximum current before hitting the knee, and 135 mw is backed off from that peak. With that much difference, I wouldn't be afraid of running it at 150 mw or maybe even 200 mw output, unless the heat sink isn't sufficient. That's not saying it won't have a reduced life at 200 mw, perhaps too far reduced for anything but for use in a pointer as we don't normally use them for more than tens of hours in it's lifetime.

i think Impossible up to 300mw. I am using it now at 240mw output. this diode is great!
very bright and sharp. single beam 250mw diode
