I bought this laser and received it. The output is not as advertised. It is actually putting out 75mW not 50W. I am filing for a return ;D

Yeah, but for 18 bucks would make a cool host for a LOC @ 420ma, the keyswitch would be usefull then.

hey yobresal.........did you used a l p meter to check 75mw? it is good! looke here http://www.focalprice.com/LP650S_100mW_Red_Laser_Pointer_Black_LP096B_8278.html your same pointer but 100mw! maybe it is true 100 or higher?

can you give us some pics of the beam? a reviewer on the site says that it is a bit orange the beam.. so.. could be less that 650nm....(brighter). do you have the dilda? if it is brighter or same bright... it is surely less than 650nm.....

The dilda that I have is below 650nm it threw me off when I first received it because I though my meter was off. I test all the lasers I own. I have compared my 120mW dilda to a 250mW homebrew LCC laser and my dilda appeared brighter. It is weird. The 50mW (75mW) laser is not as bright as either of those 2 lasers. If I find time I will take a shot of this laser. The housing is damn near impossible to get into. I still haven't been able to get inside. To get inside would mean to ruin the outside (with the tools I am using) I would buy the 100mW if i didn't already buy this one. If anyone wants my 75mW one I will sell it to them. Just Pay the price + shipping.
