Modulight's red single-emitter lasers from ChiliLase product family are well suited for display, projection and illumination applications in the visible range. Laser chips are offered as bare dies, TO-cans, fiber coupled modules or single-emitter subsystems including also multiple-emitter designs up to several watts. Standard wavelengths available from 632nm to 690nm with output powers up to 500mW.

You provide great information.Actually,Laser diodes are now capable of intense outputs of 500mW or higher. These lasers are typically used for industrial use, however with modern advances in portable laser technology, specific hand held lasers are now readily availble in output powers of 500mW or more.This series laser products all have the precise temperature control system , and heat, electricity protection circuit, the products have positive innovation on overall design.
