This is a set of two modules combined on a plate with optics and mounts. The cost of each diode module is about $130 and the rest of the system brings it up to $450 or so.

It was a LM30 detector on my Coherent Ultima. The meter is the same for every wavelength because it is a thermal detector. I usually didn't change it cause it was a pain in the ass.
