473nm 100mw DPSS Driver Board

473nm 100mW DPSS is using above driver board.

After replacing laser diode 9mm 808nm 1W CW, is it necessary to change from driver board? bcz i am not getting blue output.
If i place original diode it is outputting perfectly.

I would recommend at least a 2W pump diode for 100mW of 473nm. Also, since 473nm technology is so temperature sensitive, once you align the diode you'll need to retune the diode temperature by tweaking the diode TEC pot.

i have got a 445nm 1w laser diode but dnt rly kno what sort of driver i need or where to get it from???

If you want to use it for laser shows you'll want to use a FlexMod or similar.. http://hacylon.case.edu/ebay/laser_diode/FlexModP3.php

Also, if you're interested in building a portable/pointer style lasers search the forum for 445nm drivers and builds to see how other people are doing it..
