450-550 mA driver?

Hey guys,
I'm trying to find a driver in the range of 450-500mA, and I am struggling a bit.
I have looked at X-drives and others, but couldn't find any still for sale. Could somebody point me in the right direction? Usage is for driving either a M140 or a Mits 500mW at low current so it doesn't become a (here illegal) class 4 laser.

What type of driver? Does it have to be round or rectangular? One battery or two? Or does it matter? You need to be more specific.

Battery amount doesn't matter, so buck/boost doesn't either, preferably rectangular because I want it next to the diode. Thanks for the links!

I have a few blitzlinears if you cant find anything else. They are really small, low dropout linear drivers, and can do ~100-1000mA.
