Hey guys, this module is designed to be used in a projector, asking $298:

420mW 658nm red laser module with analog modulation. 3mm beam diameter, divergence. < 1mrad, > 100kHz bandwidth, analog modulation. Built with FlexMod, lasorbs, LDOC diodes, modified lenses, modified Laserman hardware. Diodes series connected, power supply included. Mounting notches 2x3". Mount to baseplate or on a TEC. In case the pictures don't make it clear, what this is.. is 2 diodes being combined to make one beam. each diode is running at about 215 mW for long life in laser show use. If you cranked this up like you do laser pointers and added a TEC you'd be running close to 600mW out!
