I need advice on a high visibility "blue ray" diode...it is from a company called Roithner laser and the paert number is RLT415 200PMG it's current is 500ma and has a pused 1000mw output at 415nm! Would this be a good diode to get?

Roithner is a great company. As long as the diode is capable of running CW it would be a great choice. If it is only intended to be run pulsed, then it will give you trouble when you try to run it CW. Also, Roithner can be expensive.

$1500 for that RTL415-200PMG does not sound like the best deal. Plus, the maximum pulse width is 200nS and duty cycle is 0.1%. They also have RTL415-1000PMG. For only $3426.

1000mw, duty cycle 0.1%? equals 1mw average power.. :-)
ask igort to hand-pick a high wavelength phr for you, maybe?

yea i have a 803-t about 120 mw thats seems twice as bright as my 6x ggw @ 200 mW???

strange

Whats the maximum wavelengths PHRs can get ????

If its +/- 10nm, I'm guessing very rare PHRs are 415nm ????

What about 6x and 8x diodes. also +/- 10nm ??

"rare" is relative. i'm sure you will find some at over 410nm when measuring 100 diodes. first problem is to get a spectrometer, second problem is what to do with the other 95 diodes ;-)
ask igort or look through his threads, he measures their wavelengths, and had some quite off wavelengths too! so again, its simply a question of money.. get 30 diodes, keep the "best" few, sell the others on B/S/T, perhaps with stated wavelength as a bonus?
