405nm 400mW vs 445nm 1W

i could buy either of these lasers at a reasonable price if i wanted,
i was just wondering which one would burn better and if the 405nm one would show up in the night sky.

Give me your views on which would be better.

A 400mW 405nm will be slightly visible in the night sky, though not bright at all. With some fog, it will look very bright though.

A 1W 445nm is obviously much brighter though
