Hi all
I would like to know what do you think about this?
It is a good deal and have true 400mW?
what the power of the diode laser is?
Someone opened and mod this laser or equivalent?

I wouldn't like to say it would output 400mW, I would expect it too put out 300mW+ but still for that price it is still reasonable output, and if you get lucky and get 400mw's then even better :)
 
I only have 1 rayfoss laser, and mine is overspec.

It was sold to me as a 30mw, but it cuts plastic and smokes tape. (I don't have a LPM yet)

The beam quality is not the best, but she's got power.
 
That particular laser you posted is not IR filtered and such it will no put out the 400mW as advertised. It will put out more like 200-250mW. I have already purchased and tested this laser.

Did you opened it and mod it?
 
Yes eventually I opened it up and moded it. Actaul when it first arrived it was non operational.
 
Maybe I will get a shot of this when I repair it. That is if Heuursciences ever sends me a replacement diode.
