400mw 405nm laser?

Does this appear to be 400mw? I know a LPM is only true test just cur ions from more experienced collectors

It looks blue kinda but its violet deep purple compare to this 445mm of higher power

Of course I don't know the exact values, but there are several things about the image that allow "best guesses". there's a TV in the background, and going by quality/position of the laser relative to the frame they look to me like they've been done handheld, on a mobile phone, in a room with no lights on. Which usually results in an exposure of around 1/15s.
