4.35 VDC Charger for New 18650 Cells

CC/CV it a two phase charging - continuous current and continuous voltage.
Cut-off current it a current of a charging termination in CV phase.
it is a recommended method for lithium cells.

Is it support CC/CV charging? If yes, then what is the cut-off current?

The charger does support Constant Current @ 900ma.

It shifts to Constant Voltage as it reaches 4.35 VDC.

In my testing, the current had dropped to less than 10 ma @ 4.35 VDC cell voltage.

Panasonic still recommends 4.2 VDC for the new 3400mah NCR18650B and NCR18650A cells.
