300mW O-like

I've never seen red lasers (single mode diode) above 200mW to buy in shops so I'm quite curious about that one
they say it's got more than 280mW

I also saw this. They listed the same model with 250mW outout some time ago (there´re threads about this around here). I think O-Like noticed that these are overspec and decided to sell it as 300mW reds. Or they are just selling the remaining overspec 250mW models. It even says Model: OL-CR-250 on the site.

I am shopping for a reasonably priced 100mW. or higher 650nm red hand-held ...
