300 vs 400 vs 500 vs 600 vs 700mw

I'd personally just go for the 300mW. Twice the output power won't be twice as bright, that's how our eyes work. And just a 30% difference (300v400mW) won't be very noticeable at all in my experience, not worth 165$ extra.
