Hello LPF!

Here's my first review about my first high powered laser.

The laser is a 200mW 532nm Green with a keylock, bought from
e-ville.com
(they dont sell it anymore..)

This is focusable!
It lights a black match in about 3 seconds... so I guess the output is ~130mW?

The beam is very visible at night, but temperature changes effects really much to the output.

It cost 22 euros (about 30 dollars)! So not really expensive :p

Shipping wasnt really great... it took 4 weeks.

Anyway, here's some pictures

The laser came in a nice box :D

Opened it...

It came with a
  • charger
  • lens to make diffrent figures (diffraction lens?)
  • Trustfire 18650
  • Trustfire 16430
  • 2 keys for laser's lock
  • And the laser of course..

The laser. It takes one 18650, or one 16430 when you "shorten" the laser.

The keylock...

Diffraction lens on..

Beam shot without the spare lens
(beam was hard to capture)

This laser was highly underspec, but I knew it before buying this.

Overall Im really satisfied about this laser, though the shipping was a little disappoiment.

Peace!

PS. My English isnt really good, so tell me if there's something written wrong in this thread

Very good review ! Do you have a LPM ? Even if it is 120mW it's a very good buy !

yup thats a diffraction grating :p
i would tell you to LPM it, but you in finland..
jimdy7- if it was at 120mA i would be surprised it did anything :p way to low of a current for the IR diode :)
btw- you english is fine, i cant find anything wrong :p
hopefully you didnt get one with a lot of IR, that could be why it lights matches.
if you have glasses that protects against 532nm, hold them up to the aperture( dont burn the glasses) and see if you see a faint red dot.

First of all my name is jimdt7. Now about the 120mA, my firefox for some reason whenever i wright mW it converts it to mA. I edited my previous post.

Thanks :D

Yeah, I hope my laser doesnt output much IR...

And my dragonlaser goggles seems to block the laser well

Edit: This laser also burns a hole trough CD case...
And my goggles dont block IR
Any methods how I can check how much Ir it emits? I dont have a LPM
