Nice! Well done.
I had a t-5 1000mw that I fried while attempting to figure out a new power supply. I forgot that I still had the LD hooked up. I zapped the crap out of it LOL
I'll buy another one after Christmas. I have a housing already modified for it.

ya cept i dont trust it, said TO-18 was one lead co-axial, I bought one and I beg to differ. it was a 5.6mm diode.

man this thread is ancient.... and LOL negative rep... I think that does classify as legendary fail, doesn't it?

How did you get this laser so well collimated, from what i know its really hard to get well collimated IR
