Long story short, She hung her laundry out to dry on a busy Saturday afternoon, There were people all over my track kicking up a major dust cloud.

Her laundry got ruined by my dust, so she trespassed onto my property and started screaming.

I had her arrested for disorderly conduct, so she retaliated by attempting to sue me claiming that I lowered the value of her home.

She tried to make me pay her $3000 for the lowering of her home value.

I earn income during the summer by charging people admission to "rent" my track. Hence the business comment.

her whole case was so retarded, I didn't even use a lawyer, I defended myself.

She tried to start a "flame war" in court:crackup:
