150mw green o-like module boost

On the 150mw green DIY laser module how far do you have to turn the screw on the potentiometer to get 1 amp current on the diode? Counter clockwise? # of turns?max mw green output maybe 225mw of green? This is for very short duty cycles 3-5 seconds on time.

Why are you going to waste a perfectly good $100 module laser to get an extra 75mw? Seems kinda pointless. Remove the diode (yes diode, ir diode) and attach a test load and find out.
