Now I'm not that much into a green laser that is 10mw having safety features but think geek (you'll see the ad above on the top of the page.) has got a green 10mw laser with all the safety features we've come to love in our higher powered rpl's and hercules lasers.

That looks awesome man. What is that twisty cap thing by the aperture? I thought it was for like red and green laser pointer in one. lol that be sweet. ;D
 
it's an aperature cap. twist it and it' puts something in the beam path so it doesn't shine out accidentally.
at some point and time they will put electric shutters there like the camera's. it'll be cool. push the button and it' opens slowly.
 
It is like the NOVA ALpha series....but a LOT more expensive ! OUCH !
 
I HAVE some of those....When I was at my work, collecting my things (for the final time...sigh...) I left one on the side of my file cabinet, up under my desk....it has a piece of tape on it, so when the tape is removed (it is sticking up, annoyingly) it will activate ! Now, I have not heard anything about a bomb scare - so maybe they have not found hte tape to pull yet, but I will sleep easier when I hear about it :) Muahahahahahahaha ! Viva le Command Center ! hahahahahaha !

That looks like a good prank! I'm looking for a cheaper price so I can buy a bunch and really mess with someone, but if I can't I'll pick up one of those.

lol. Even my underdriven DIY red would pwn that. A DIY red pwning a 10mw green. lol I think i achieve domination thinkgeek.
 
Yeah that is funny they put that on there. Its probably because they say it for that specific product from thinkgeek themselves. But it is a bit over doing it to say it will "dominate" any other laser. :)
