10440 battery not charging??

i have a generic chinese charger that charges 18650, 16340, and 10440
it looks like this: Charger CR123A 18650 16340 14500 10440 Recharge Battery | eBay

it charges my 18650's and 16340's fine
but when i try to charge my 10440's, the light will be green when i plug it in, but it isnt because the laser is super dim

is there any tricks that you can use to get it to work?
such as magnetic spacers?

I'd suggest ordering a new charger.

How old is the 10440? Check the voltage, if it gets to low the battery won't charge right. You can try checking internal resistance too, there is a thread here by Drlava describing the process.

Lithium batteries don't last forever. I would be willing to bet that your batteries are toast.
