I saw at CNI that PGL-III-M-473 is from 5 to 50mw, is this one overspec hence the 100mw output?

It is VERY VISIBLE in the dark even without smoke!

Edit: CNI also produces 80mW 473nm PGL lasers. Most of their lasers are a way overspec.
