Hello , im Awf , and im looking for a Portable Green Laser Pointer , like the "Aries" and the "Hulk" and the "CNI PGL" and the 'Nova Series" , but i think they are a little EXPENSIVE :o

And i want to spend like $100 to $200 on a Portable Green Laser , can anyone please help me?

I really want it to have Saftey Key Switch , and/or an Interlock Dongle , etc...

Thanks,
Awf

You can buy an X-seriers with the tail key switch accesory. It's still a pen laser but it does have a key switch :P

thanks , but i dont like the pen models , i have like 3 pen sized lasers

Yea I figured.Just wanted to throw that one there as an option...because it has a key switch. :P
The cheapest you'll be able to get is probably BlueFusion or Pseudo (?) :-/

Help me out here guys, why does anyone even buy those big RPL lasers? I mean, they can have the same power as a pen-sized laser right? And they usually cost more, why does everyone want one over a pen laser?

Usually the RPL style units can be left on for much longer periods of time than the pen sized units. Also, the bigger units are more stable.

Bigger is better! :P Actually, they run off a BIG 2.5W IR diode @ 2.4W pushing a very powerful, stable, focused beam through excellent optics and great cooling. Have you ever seen a pen style laser come with a 12 mo warranty? They are very rigged, very reliable, and have minor programing installed in the laser's driver for diode and battery protection. They are also easier to access for cleaning the lens (if you need to). They typically come with a Li ion batt. and charger. The best feature is usually the extra long duty cycle. Granted, they aren't so easily concealable or practicaly portable, but that's what pen styles are for!

P.S. I love my RPL! :D

And they still come in higher powers.Have not seen a >400mW pen style anywhere, scam or not :D

I got a DragonLasers Viper 75 for my first high powered pointer. Some people here dont seam to like DL but I have never had a problem with them, I got my Viper 75 for around $120 I think it was, thats not bad for 75mW of green.

Other companies charge the same price for a 30mW green...

Thanks , where can i get the BlueFusion or Pseudo ?

Thanks,

Pseudonomen137 and BlueFusion are reputable members here who might know a deal or two that might interest you.  I don't think they sell lasers under $200 though, but I'm not sure and have no idea.  Try PMing them.

Edit: I'm sure you already heard of DX ::)

hehe, he thought BlueFusion and Pseudo were lasers ;D They're cool names for them though, it's plausible :)
