Pseudonomen137 and BlueFusion are reputable members here who might know a deal or two that might interest you.  I don't think they sell lasers under $200 though, but I'm not sure and have no idea.  Try PMing them.

What an insult to be comparing an RPL to those pieces of crap. Anyone buying the 150mw KD might as well be flushing their money down the crapper.

KD sells everything under the sun, so I'm certain they know nothing about lasers at all except that they can sell this junk at a profit.
Just look at the specs, they don't mention average power, just that they don't filter any IR (ouch).
No divergence spec.
Oh, they do hint at what the divergence is in that they say the spot size is 10mm at 6 meters, this is around 1.4 to 1.5mrad (terrible).
They do say that laser module is fully heat sinked for continuous brightness, but how much heat sink can it really have when the entire mass of the whole laser is only 90 grams (3.6 ounces) and the eniter laser is only 6 inches long.
Doesn't say the size or make of the IR diode, you can bet it's tiny and cheap for them to be selling the laser for $139.

Nothing pisses me off more than these places ripping of the laserists.
