This is kind of like asking how to make a rocket that fly into the stratosphere without any reading. The rocket could explode. It could fall down on people. It could just not work. You need to do some research on such things before attempting them.

The same thing applies to lasers. Do some more reading before you injure yourself or waste money and time.
