1-1.3W burning at a distance

Are landmines really that sensitive, or are you applying road runner physics here?

Remote control.. I would wanna see it :) lol but im cruel and evil that way..:eg:

RDCII

They are local, if you come close to them they will atack you. They are so demonic i would indeed shoot them but than i need a m16 and lots of ammo and it stil would't work.

Is this a seasonal thing like migratorial or is it a local?

Thats about the only thing I can think off to get rid off them is to shoot them. Ive had this problem with mockingbirds. I would not lase or use explosive material lol. This would be Animal ______. Intenionally left blank for google searchs reasons. ;)

The fact that the birds are black helps, but I think that since they don't have nerves in their feathers, you probably need enough laser power to set their feathers on fire before you can get any real effect.

I think the best you can do today is use high powered 445nm or 532nm beams as a distraction/signal only. Maybe if you unfocus it slightly so that you can easily get it in their eyes they might be disoriented enough by the light to go away from your immediate vicinity...

Doesn't sound like BB guns will be effective enough since you need a high rate of fire and lots of ammunition. Have you been shooting them with .22's? It may be the only "practical" method. And it goes without saying you gotta be safe and make sure you are allowed to kill these birds.

You don't need to buy an expensive beam expander. Try this one:
Step 1: buy some PVC tubing. You can use Paper Towel tubes too, but they're less sturdy, and have other hazards you may not want.

Step 2: set this tube up to point at the birds

Step 3: insert bottle rocket into tube, and light the fuse

Plus, who doesn't want to get paid to shoot off fireworks?

Most realistic way to get rid of them is something that has a litle bite to it, and thats on its way as we speak.

Oh a kitty!!!!:san: What are you going to name it? Cats are awesome, you won't regret it! Dogs are ok, too. Their energy and noise can't be beat. Cat might someday get tired of chasing birds. Dog will chase 'em down until they can no longer run. And then, they'll just walk at the birds and bite the dumb ones that sit there anyways.

Hey Guys,

I'am new on this forum so please forgive me my stupid questions:D

No forgiveness for stupidity. You're a mean spirited cruel individual.
