Source for 575nm and 565nm OPTlaser modules

sweet! thanks for filling me in! sounds like an awesome source

Source for 575nm and 565nm OPTlaser modules

what’s the output power on that module? would totally be interested if it’s decent

    My 493nm 'Jetlasers Ti-B' Build

damn, that’s a shame. the best looking hosts ever made IMO… i would kill for a 492nm version

    My 493nm 'Jetlasers Ti-B' Build

I still drool over this build, bowtie. Any idea if Ti-B hosts can still be found these days?

Sounds like a good plan, best of luck!

That’ll be awesome, i look forward to your results. and where can i find the information about the Discord server? I’d like to join if possible!

Really, the line output ones have better divergence than the uncorrected diodes? I noticed line output and square output FAC diodes on ebay, i expected the line ones to be useless for our applications

oh that’s awesome, i didn’t know we had fast axis correction available for these diodes! where are they available from? EDIT: nevermind i found some 1.5W 525nm FAC diodes with a square spot on ebay. very cool!

I’m unfamiliar with what you mean by FAC, can you please fill me in?

    Yellow Lightsabers

By the way, there’s footage of Samuel Jackson asking for a purple lightsaber for the first time, what a legend :)

I’ve been thinking about this too. I haven’t seen a direct comparison, would anybody know how the divergence compares between the NDG7475 and the NUGM03? Thanks!

    NUBM0C 465nm 4.1W@rated, 5.9W@4A via G2 - 1.4X brighter than NUBM44@7W

pretty exciting in my books, i’d like to see DTR carry it and test it out. if i had any variable power supplies or a LPM i would get my own data on it. would love this in a build!

my 589nm pointer is broken, please help

How could the IR light leak happen then? I could only think of that happening with misaligned crystals. Could just IR output happen if the driver board is broken and not enough power is getting to the pump diode or something? OP, if that is the problem and you do end up manually fixing the...

my 589nm pointer is broken, please help

i mean if there’s suspected IR leaking out and you hear rattling it’s a pretty guilty sign of the crystals responsible for harmonic summing and frequency doubling have come loose, in which case im sorry to say you’re almost certainly hoopajooped :(

    New handle green 2w!

Forgive me guys, I’ve been away for quite a few years. What diode is this?? Is this a multi-diode setup or an overdriven 1W diode? I had no idea we were at 2W of green regardless!

Back from the hell and beyond.

Richard, you don’t know me well but i very much admire you and the work you’ve done. I’m afraid my well wishes from a stranger are the best thing i can offer you, so i hope you can ascribe some meaning to them. After catching up on the forum’s history since i’ve been gone i genuinely am very...

Hi there, yes! absolutely very much intended! i am indeed quite clever, yes very much so
