Stay away from Wicked Lasers... You'll be waiting months for your order, they have really gotten worse over the last 12 months... (They've always been slow) but in my opinion are worse than ever. I'm so glad I got my laser before they got into mess in November. Just reading their Facebook...

Can anyone tell me what this laser power graph means? How many mW is this reading? it is the powergraph chart that arrived with my Inferno 550mW. I have no clue on things like this as the output is measured in Amplitude? See photo

Quick update: Not much has changed. It's been 2 weeks since I ordered, and still no tracking number... I've never had to wait this long for previous orders to be shipped, longest it's taken is about a week tracking. :whistle:

It's a bit harsh on Wicked Lasers IMO... What about the other companies shipping lasers? If WL are stepped on for it, so should the others be .

Still waiting for my Inferno tracking info... 13 days after my order. Apparently it's shipped the day after you order... 13 days still nothing, but they did say 2 weeks for tracking info... But why?

I went for one over a week ago.. Still waiting for it to be shipped/tracking number - They are saying 2 weeks for tracking... I wonder if this is why they are taking so long!

I can't confirm what you've just said, but it makes sense I guess. But WL have always been slow - this is why I didn't pay the $15 extra for shipping which I doubt would of made the process any quicker. I'm in the UK not the US so I can't comment on how the process goes.

After this, I wont be ordering again either... The only reason I went for the laser is because of the 30% off. Shipping is a joke. I've just ordered a few RC car parts from China (on the same date) They have been shipped already with tracking... Looks like WL will never change

Hmm... I got a reply saying what can we help you with (after I already sent my question twice) and after they didn't reply... Any updates on your shipping? keep an eye on your email - you will get a tracking number from them when they finally do ship.. Mine still says this: Date Added...

Something is strange here, because the first email said this: "Your order will usually be processed and shipped within 3 business days. You will receive a email update containing a tracking number automatically once your tracking information is updated." Shipped - "within 3 business days."...

Cool... I'm not that worried it's just that email that made me wonder, as I've not seen it before from my previous orders. Last time I PM'ed them last year, it took them about a week to reply...
