Thanks for the response. I suppose my question is what model of LPM would provide such high frequency (nanosecond) resolution as well as being able to resolve maximum power. I get the feeling it is just a matter of trusting the seller.

Some medical lasers are being marketed at superpulsed, for instance with a 20 watt peak power but average power of only 20 mw. Duty cycle % is less than %0.1 (1/1000 or less). How in the hell would you ever go about measuring one of these things? Pulse frequency is 30000 Hz.
