I have bough countless 128MB 256MB 512MB 1GB and 2GB cards and none work with the SD card interupter i have. Pain in the ass gave up on it a while ago.
There's still a problem with a humm in the arc with the current board, im ordering new fet's and will be sending a kit to Sigurthur to fault find soon.
Ive also have 2 other projects of interest getting ready to go, 1 is a full audio modulated flyback driver and the other is a 24V SSTC, i have...
Its in the works, just need this whine to be fixed and ill go into production, Sigurthr maybe just the man for the job.
I also have parts for a SSTC kit that i may release after.
First of all the LM317 is a linear regulator and is inefficient and only rated for 1.5A. Id suggest a high current buck driver, i have a 9A version running a PT54 LED and it works well.
Second, the LM358 is a OpAmp not a regulator.
Thirdly, 9 LED's run at 3A each = 27A draw, at 3A the Vf of...
No, its not safe, its more dangerous than visible lasers because you cant see where its pointing exactly and you cannot see reflections, you will get bored of it quickly, you will need IR laser glasses too.
Just got 4 of the boards, set one up nice, running from 24VDC and pumping out 3A in CC mode, bugger all heat produced in the driver, installed it onto my garage door motor light terminals for a test and it went BOOOOOM!
The input capacitor exploded, retested the supply volts and it was around...
