rockstr has a pot i dont know what is mA is set at so be carefull and check it before you hook it up to a LD. Daedel(DDL sorry if misspelled) has a tut on it, it might be buried i havent been on here in a loong while but check the sticky in the tut threads. and i just ordered a 100mw module...

My cheapness has resulted in my being laserless. I dont know if i blew the diode or what but it was dim then dissapeared, anyway.....I have/had blu PHR w/rockstr driver, I have a MXDL host with jayrob heatsink. a few new parts from radioshack, 2 Axiz (one's cut in half) and I had a Phazor diode...

Re: don't know whats wrong but willing to pay for i found out what it was. one of my bats was sagging or whatever. but where i cut my aixiz to fit the heatsink, it was a rough edge and when i put it together it cut into my wire and made a connection. i fixed it and now i have a red spotlight...

I have a MXDL with a phazor LD, my DDL circuit (w/LM317T) pushes out 420mA. I've had it put together for a while, hooked up my phazor last saturday, put bats in and turned it on......nothing not the faintest hint of red anywhere. I have no clue what could be wrong with it and my job is keeping...

i have some silver, rosin-core(radioshack), and a mystery solder (i think its for heavier metals).  i cant send you all of it, but i have plenty to spare. its not ultra fine though.

just an idea, i would try to ebay this, you probly could get what you paid for it.

what kind of mW does the laser your buying output?

I can vouch for Blue, he was honest and very fair in transactions i had with him. i wouldn't worry, just give it a lil time.

i thought 7 Volts was good when using the LM317T. i will still get the same mA wether i run 7 or 8 volts right?
