Anyone use this driver for the new Mitsubishi diodes? 635nm 300mw-500mw Laser Diode Driver

So say I was building a bridge rectifier for 12v AC and decided to put an electrolytic filtering cap to reduce ripples. Let's also say it's rated for 50v. Now theoretically if it blew up for what reason would it have done that? :whistle:

Does anyone have an extra green driver or could point me in the direction of a cheap green pen just to take the driver? I've found the ~$5 green pens off of ebay but I was just wondering if anywhere has cheaper ones seeing as I only need the driver to boost a 635 off of one li-ion.

So I've been working on a spirograph and I can't seem to get power to my motors through the dpdt switches and potentiometers. I have led's before the motors that work fine however the motors have no voltage going to them which is puzzling me. Sorry for the mess the switches are pretty much...

If I were to combine two or more colors what color would you choose to create. Teal- from blue and green Yellow- from red and green Pink- from red a blue Any other color ideas would be great I'm just having such a hard time picking a color to plan a build they just all seem so good. :eg:

In many threads it's stated to tin the ld pins prior to soldering them but no one really gives any clue on how to accomplish this. Seeing as ld's are heat sensitive would it be the same as pretinning a wire by applying heat and solder to each side or is there another method that avoids placing...
