    Brightness by wavelength?

    We all know that green lasers appears brighter than the others,but was that ever measured?What is the proportion of brightness between lasers of same real power at 405nm,473nm,532nm and 650nm?I think I've read somewhere that green lasers appears to be 8 times brighter than red lasers to the eye.

    I was browsing in Dealextreme and found this item http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.5998 Could be a nice solution even with the high price as it would cover all wavelenghts and any power,all you need is a camera with an AV output,also if you hook it up with a camera with nightvision it...

    WTB >100mw green laser and >450mw IR laser

    GREEN ALREADY BOUGHT Looking for a portable green laser between 100 and 200mw(must have IR filter) and a IR laser with at least 450mw(can be more powerful,as long as it doesn't surpasses my budget :) ),the IR one doesn't need to be portable,but I prefer it to be. Budget:U$250 for the green laser...
