sorry but very very wrong. a very tight ting 500mw beam will look just as bright as a wide fan 1watt beam. if you know anything about lasers then you only want tight beams for laser shows.

the raw beams from olike lens are 5mm high by 1mm wide so if you knife edge them the other way round they would be ---- so 20mm long. it just wouldnt work

a waveplate roatates the polarization of a beam. it does not rotate the actual beam just the polarization so instead of ---- and llll you get llll and llll overlap both and you get llll

as you over lay each dot on in the 445 diode case a - you get a single - as the final beam

no idea i cant run it at full power as i dont have a psu with enough juice or a power meter that will go that high. the max i can run it at on my bench psu is 6.2v @ 5.1amps yes just ;) yep a resistor on each diode 4 diodes per driver no idea on power, ive told the buyer to get a 9v 10amp...
