I have only recently gotten into this hobby. I have 4 with one other in the shop being fixed, and one being built with the Mace of Doom 2. They make for interesting conversations. I'll point them up the hill in the backyard or into the trees. I don't point them into the sky since an airport...

I have two sets of Eagle Pair that cover a broad spectrum. They're excellent but Watch out for the fOr fakes. Look at SurvivAl lasers for the real thing.

People tend to have thin skin. It's ok. People take things too personally.

Better options are to find another place that is safer. The cost of self defense even if justified will cost tens of thousands if not more. If a gun is pointed at you, a gun in your safe upstairs or wherever doesn't do you any good. Lasers are useless for self defense. It's best to reason...

Marketing and overhead. People sell here because it's their hobby and they enjoy it. I have a Wicked Lasers Arctic and a few made by people here. There is a world of difference between a production and one made by an expert/custom. I cannot wait to see the collaboration between two makers...
