I agree, I've seen dozens of these arrays, definitely looks like A140/M140 array to me. Diodes often wavelength shift way high when overheating, especially if not mounted in a heatsink

Yup! I know, very strange indeed.. I was very surprised by this too! I think the A9G is just better built than the B9G, taking more abuse when damaged Keep in mind, these diodes are pushed WAY past their recommended ratings, so they won't behave as we expect.
