Confused as to where to buy a cheap but high powered green laser.

High power green, reliable, and cheap. Pick 2 :) Assuming you picked the first 2 see below http://www.o-like.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=2&products_id=405 If you want more reliability get this in 150mW 525nm or 520nm https://www.sanwulasers.com/product/pocket Also this option...

    WTB: Ophir Heads, Ophir LPMs

I sold it for $450 on ebay. I bought it (also used) for $500 (reduced from $625). So me asking $500 was reasonable. Also I know Jerry (Laserbee) usually snatches up any Ophir heads that come for sale on the forum. I sold him the one I bought before I got the LPM for $300. I'm not sure what...

    Does Ophir Work With LaserBee?

What would be your reasoning for doing this? The interface is mostly just a display, all the measurements come from the head itself.

Someone to build a portable laser stronger then the odin

5W is a very powerful laser so if you want something "way" stronger than 5W either A) Your laser is not 5W B) Your expectations of what a laser can do are unrealistic, and you should look into something like a blowtorch Try not to bite the hand that feeds you, no one is going to sell you a...

    FS: $140 - 4.3W 470nm blue laser

Both of my LPMs give about the same reading. My third LPM can't read that high but usually reads about the same as well for lesser powered lasers. Not here to argue, just want you to know and others to know for the future. I use Panasonic NCR 3400mAh 18650's. And I charge them on an Opus BT...

    FS: $140 - 4.3W 470nm blue laser

Tested the laser multiple times with fully charged batteries on 2 different LPM's. Highest I got was this one where it hit 3.4W. But it is usually around 3.3W or less. I believe other members have had a similar experience. Please calibrate your LPM. I paid for a 4.3W laser, not a 3.4W laser.

    Beam stopper?

I use a black graphite tile from Lowes costs like a dollar or less, just use the back side (not the shiny side obviously) was only able to burn it with 7W focused right on it extremely close.

    FS: 900mW 520nm

Not sure how it's configured internally but the DC adapter that goes into it is 12V

Regular 5w laser. Ohh with 4 18650 batteries

You have a few misunderstandings here. 1. That is not a 5W laser it is a 5mW there is a big difference. 2. You misunderstanding the relationship between voltage and amperage, the batteries go through the driver which regulates amperage, and it's amperage the controls the output of the laser...

    FS: 900mW 520nm

Those are not 520nm the 520nm model is $380. I will take $250

    FS: 900mW 520nm

Show me the cheap ones on sanwu that are at least 900mW 520nm.

    FS: 900mW 520nm

Duty cycle to be safe 1min on 30sec off but it could probably do a lot more. I don't let my batteries get low enough to notice so I'm not sure. But I'm sure they last plenty long enough for what you want it for.

    FS: 900mW 520nm

Bump, price drop on the 520nm to $250. Make me an offer :)

WARNING: To those with Nvidia GPU’s

What Gpu do you have? Are you sure your hdd isn't failing and just happened to do it when you were updating the GPU drivers (causing them to become currupt) ? Assuming your Cpu has an integrated Gpu is there a way to force your computer to use the integrated Gpu rather than the dedicated ones...
